Many people believe that lollies and sweets are to blame for Tooth Decay.

In fact Tooth decay can be caused by any food that contains sugars and carbohydrates as well as frequent snacking.

Try to avoid soft, sweet, sticky foods, such as cakes, candy, peanut butter and dried fruits.

In addition sugary foods that stick to your teeth promote tooth decay also while fizzy drinks (including diet drinks), cordial, fruit juice and sports drinks should also be avoided.
